  • Compensation: $100,000+ annually, based on the advisor's current AUM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or boutique firm.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  • FINRA licenses 6, 7, 63, 66 (or 65) and Life & Health Insurance required.
  • Ability to manage a transferable book of business with at least $20 million in AUM.
  • A competitive yet collaborative spirit, with a passion for client service and growth.
  • Clean U4/U5 record.
  • Desire to work remotely, with options for local office arrangements if preferred.
