Salesforce Application Developer

RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in APEX and LWC to work on a mid-level role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and systems analysis, with a focus on applications and systems engineering development, database technologies, and Salesforce platform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce applications using APEX and LWC
- Design and integrate Salesforce components with other systems using SOAP/REST/OData
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- 8+ years of programming and systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce platform
- 3+ years of experience in developing Lightning components (LWC)
- 2+ years of experience in integrations like SOAP/REST/OData
- Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards, and SDLC concepts
What We Offer:
A competitive rate of $55-$60 W2, with a margin share of $4-$5.
