Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ERP Implementation Project Leader to oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central across various companies in North America. This role presents a significant opportunity to enhance and streamline our business operations through the effective implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.

In collaboration with our Group HQ, you will contribute to governance and provide project updates while managing a solutions partner to facilitate a Finance ERP transformation. You will leverage change management expertise to plan, execute, and monitor changes and their impacts on each business unit, working closely with the Global Programme Manager to ensure effective communication and governance with both local and global stakeholders.

Project Execution:

Formulate and implement a detailed project plan for the Dynamics 365 BC rollout across multiple entities.

Guide and supervise the entire ERP design, testing, and implementation phases.

Ensure project alignment with organizational objectives and goals.

Maintain clear governance and reporting to the global programme team.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across departments and regions to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to executive leadership and project teams.

Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.

Team Leadership:

Assemble and lead a high-performing, cross-functional project team.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Encourage a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.

Implementation Management:

Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics BC.

Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions during the implementation.

Quality Control:

Develop and implement testing protocols to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the ERP system.

Establish and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the implementation process.

Training and Change Management:

Create and execute a comprehensive training program for end-users.

Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.

Budget and Resource Oversight:

Manage the project budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Promptly identify and address any budgetary challenges.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Programme Manager, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics BC.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, financial systems, and ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for project implementation across various regions.
