Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Product Research: Conduct thorough research to verify product pricing and identify suitable fabrics and finishes.
  • Sample Materials and Presentations: Assist with ordering sample materials from vendors and preparing presentations for clients.
  • Delivery Monitoring and Scheduling: Ensure timely delivery of goods and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Purchase Orders and Team Liaison: Follow up on purchase orders and liaise between designers and operations teams.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as requested, maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate high levels of creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Professionals Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with prior experience in retail furniture and/or interior design a plus.
