About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Decision Support Manager to join our team at Beebe Healthcare. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for managing a team of data analysts and network professionals to assist in current DSS responsibilities and additional projects, including EPIC implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership oversight and mentorship to assigned staff members, including setting clear expectations, advising and coaching, and motivating team efforts.
  • Manage the vision for Data extraction and transformation for the health system, developing and maintaining working relationships with supported software vendors.
  • Lead in the identification and resolution of problems impacting the use of systems in assigned areas, building positive working relationships across internal Data teams and external supported departments.
  • Participate in Data Analytics and Science Projects, ensuring clear understanding and oversight of scope, schedule, and quality of project work.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a related field.
  • Competencies: Adaptability, Critical thinking, Dependability, Initiative, Interpersonal skills, Learning, Listening, Problem solving, Relationship building, Resilience.
  • Maintenance of Epic certification relevant within support area of oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience in the healthcare arena.
