Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Manager of Financial Applications to join our team. As a key member of our IS department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and maintaining our health system applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership oversight and mentorship to assigned staff members, setting clear expectations for team member performance and advising and coaching team members around issues, key success factors, and lessons learned.
  • Manage all aspects and operations of health system software applications supported by the team, developing and maintaining working relationships with supported software vendors.
  • Lead in the identification and resolution of problems impacting the use of systems in assigned areas, building positive working relationships that foster camaraderie and process improvement across internal IS teams as well as external supported departments.
  • Participate in IS Projects as assigned, ensuring clear understanding and oversight of scope, schedule, and quality of project work in assigned application area or team.
Requirements
  • Five to seven (5-7) years relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience
  • Competencies Skills: Adaptability/flexibility, Critical thinking, Dependability, Initiative, Interpersonal skills, Learning, Listening, Problem solving, Relationship building, Resilience
  • Credentials: Maintenance of EPIC Certification relevant within support area of oversight
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
