Job Summary

The Customer Care Supervisor is a key role in driving exceptional customer service and business results. This position leads a team of Customer Care agents, coaching and developing their performance to meet or exceed company strategies and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the resources and support needed to meet performance expectations
  • Promote high levels of employee engagement and motivation through effective coaching, performance improvement, and career planning
  • Review performance data to diagnose performance gaps and work with team members to improve
  • Lead projects and process improvement initiatives, influencing and coordinating with non-direct report resources
  • Resolve complex customer complaints and handle escalated situations in a timely manner
  • Communicate customer concerns, trends, and issues to higher leadership and applicable work groups
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a customer service role in a service or sales-driven environment
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership or coaching role
  • Exceptional people, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
