Sales Performance Manager

The Sales Performance Manager at US Foods is responsible for driving sales performance and growth through effective sales planning, execution, and coaching. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement, and providing guidance and support to sales representatives to optimize their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and sales performance
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, and goals to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
About You:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales leadership, coaching, or training roles. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the foodservice industry or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
Salary:
$70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
