As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment between our strategic plan and supporting initiatives, as well as overseeing compliance and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Planning: Organize executive team planning efforts to define strategic initiatives in support of the strategic plan, implement and maintain a process to track and report on execution of those initiatives, and facilitate a process to prioritize and define initiatives and identify resources required for successful execution.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Develop, manage, and oversee the HHSI Compliance, Privacy, and Risk Management programs, including development and oversight of the annual Compliance and Risk Management Work Plan, and ensure effective lines of communication and reporting of Compliance, Privacy, and Risk related activities to the HHSI Senior Leadership Team, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master's or law degree highly preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in a Senior Management role in healthcare compliance or operations.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, facilitation, and verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated organization-wide impact in healthcare organizations.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish assigned duties.
  • Must be computer literate with advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance preferred.
  • Must be able to travel between all Harbor sites in a timely manner as needed.
  • Supervises a cross-functional team.
