Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Minneapolis. As a key member of our HR function, you will partner with senior executives to develop and drive strategic HR plans and programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement talent strategies that drive business growth and scale.
  • Provide proactive and robust change management practices to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Partner with centers of expertise to design global talent management processes and strategies.
  • Contribute to comprehensive change management efforts to shift the company culture and ensure messages are received with clarity and visibility.
  • Provide high-level insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment.
  • Global experience across multiple HR subject areas, including change management, leadership mentoring, organizational design, workforce planning, development, DEI&B, employee relations, compensation, and recruiting.
  • Demonstrated strong coaching and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate strategically using creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, writing, speaking, and grammar skills.
  • Passion for details and 100% data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technology, software, and SaaS industry experience.
  • Experience in an environment supporting customer-facing teams.
  • Private company experience.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
