Key Responsibilities- Provide medical and psychiatric nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications as ordered by a provider and complete focused assessments.
- Respond to emergent psychiatric situations and contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Possess a valid Oregon Practical Nurse License at the time of appointment.
- Experience working in mental health is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple job responsibilities.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including full medical, vision, and dental insurance. We also provide 8 hours of paid sick leave per month, 8 hours of paid vacation leave per month, and 24 hours of personal leave each year. Additionally, we offer a pension and retirement plan.
