Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with capital improvement projects for 63+ apartment communities
- Process and maintain New Requests for capital repairs and/or improvements
- Coordinate lender property inspections, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on deferred maintenance repairs
- Maintain revenue payments tracker and annual real estate tax bills
- Assist with real estate assessment appeals and maintain annual assessment charts
- Perform zoning research and follow-up on regulatory housing issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in Property Management or Real Estate
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, with some Excel experience
- Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Some construction knowledge and experience dealing with regulatory agencies preferred
- Attention to detail and exceptional spelling/numerical accuracy
