Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team at McGriff Tire Company Inc. in La Vergne, TN. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the tire industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Sell new and retreaded tires to commercial fleets
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and loyalty
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tire industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
