Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor club access and ensure that all members and guests are aware of our policies and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell memberships and process new member sign-ups, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including the front desk area, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Perform beginning of shift and end of shift procedures, including completing checklists and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for fitness training sessions and provide guidance to new employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems.
