Overview:
At Sonder Healthcare, we are dedicated to supporting patients and their families in reclaiming their health and independence. We are seeking a qualified Clinical Supervisor to oversee patient care and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in coordinating and managing patient care effectively. Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and assessing case referrals to determine home care needs.
  • Assigning qualified clinicians to each case based on specific requirements.
  • Conducting evaluations of care services through record reviews and clinician discussions.
  • Assisting clinicians in establishing both immediate and long-term therapeutic objectives.
  • Participating in case conferences to enhance care coordination.
  • Performing quarterly record reviews and communicating findings to the Clinical Director.
  • Involvement in the recruitment and orientation of new clinical staff.
  • Supporting the Clinical Director in developing educational programs for staff.
  • Contributing to the formulation and revision of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Engaging in community outreach to promote the organization’s role in healthcare.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current RN license to practice professional nursing.
  • A degree from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a BSN.
  • A minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
  • At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and observational skills.

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
