- Manage and support a team of vocational nurses, promoting a collaborative work environment.

- Conduct patient education and teaching to enhance health outcomes.
- Coordinate unit activities and maintain efficient clinic flow.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid and unrestricted California vocational nurse license.
- Current CPR certification from a recognized provider.
- At least three years of recent experience as an LVN, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with staff and patients.
This position is integral to the Neurology Department, which focuses on delivering specialized neurological care in an outpatient setting. The LVN Supervisor will manage clinic operations across multiple sites, ensuring that patient care standards are met consistently.
