Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee revenue management systems, optimizing pricing and sales strategies in collaboration with the Director of Revenue Management and General Managers.
  • Facilitate Revenue Management Meetings and engage with General Managers weekly, sharing best practices with hotel teams.
  • Assess existing reporting, create new reports, and ensure timely delivery of regular reports.
  • Assist hotel management with group rate analysis and rate strategy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and the Director of Revenue Management to formulate and analyze pricing and inventory strategies across various market segments.
  • Manage distribution channels, including hotel direct bookings, central reservations, travel agencies, and online platforms.
  • Cross-train on Hilton revenue management systems to provide support to various hotels.
  • Contribute to projects related to revenue management and other departmental initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of revenue management experience, preferably within a Marriott environment, or 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management.
