This position is dedicated to ensuring outstanding service for Premier Property Pay portal users as well as internal banking teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support, assistance, and troubleshooting for Premier Property Pay users, addressing various inquiries such as account questions, login help, payment investigations, and password resets across multiple systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication by taking ownership of each customer inquiry, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Make informed decisions on behalf of customers swiftly and professionally, utilizing knowledgeable support to enhance efficiency.
Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
Follow up on all outstanding customer inquiries daily, diligently tracking all activities within the department's ticketing system.
Collaborate with bank vendors as necessary to resolve customer issues.
Work closely with the TM System & Integration team and Information Technology to address data transmission challenges.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of the Premier Property Pay Portal Division.
Support Client Support Specialists with various tasks, including transaction and payment research, collection of Account Agreements, document retrieval, service ticket responses, and other assigned duties.
Adhere to bank policies, regulations, and the BSA/AML Program relevant to your responsibilities. This includes completing compliance training and following internal procedures; reporting any known compliance violations, laws, or regulations, as well as any suspicious customer or account activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of banking experience, particularly in customer service, is required.
A reasonable estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position ranges from $15.72 to $23.58. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be available, along with medical and other benefits, depending on the position.
