Job Summary

Chilton Auto Body Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Collision Repair Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers and business partners throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers by phone or in-person, explain the collision repair process, and establish an effective relationship to support a positive customer experience.
  • Vehicle Intake: Map damage, photograph vehicles, and document work files per company and repair partner standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Collect payments, update rentals management portal, support location manager with expense documentation, and conduct Accounts Receivable follow-up.
  • Training: Complete assigned role-based training through Collision University and additional internal and business partner supported training as necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred, knowledge of CCC One a real plus.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives and communicate effectively with teammates, customers, and business partners.
  • Time Management and Multitasking: Effective time management and ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with computers and excellent customer service skills.
  • Eligibility: Valid drivers' license required, eligible to work in the United States, and willing and able to pass a thorough background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Collision Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the Collision Industry a plus.
