We are on the hunt for a dedicated Payroll Clerk to join our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. This role is pivotal in our industry, focusing on the careful management and processing of payroll. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute significantly to our team's efficiency.


Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient processing of bi-weekly hourly payroll

• Input and track maintenance time tied to work orders

• Maintain and manage documentation retention

• Handle union dues reconciliation and transfer processes

• Serve as the administrator for the automated hourly time collection system

• Assist in various accounting clerk duties when not processing payroll

• Aid in benefits administration tasks, including enrollments, terminations, and COBRA notices

• Assist in planning and executing company events when possible

• Efficient filing of hourly employee records

• Utilize accounting software systems and ADP Workforce Now for various tasks

• Perform accounting functions and auditing as required

• Handle benefit functions as part of the HR responsibilities

• Use Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for various functions.


SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $50,000

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce software

• Ability to use About Time software

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Auditing skills

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
