Aircraft Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Sales Manager to join our team at Textron eAviation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing sales deals within an assigned U.S. territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and cultivate potential sales opportunities for all Pipistrel aircraft products.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to inform clients of Pipistrel's ability to address their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all technical aspects of the aircraft.
  • Increase the sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Develop and provide regular reporting on sales efforts and specific results to leadership.
  • Collaborate with distributors to support opportunities, events, and demonstration flights within their respective territories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with company representatives, distributors, customers, and key stakeholders within the territory.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in aircraft or service sales, with a strong understanding of the aviation industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and self-directed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive sales growth.
