Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and supporting various HR functions. This role requires on-site presence at our Atlantic City studio.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening applicants, and facilitating interviews through our applicant tracking system.
2. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, advising on salary ranges and other essential details.
4. Schedule and conduct recruitment meetings and interviews.
5. Maintain and update internal recruitment databases.
6. Assist in job advertisement processes and propose innovative recruitment strategies.
7. Oversee pre-employment administrative tasks, onboarding, and orientation facilitation.
8. Provide support to management regarding employee relations, including disciplinary actions and coaching.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
10. Manage employee health benefits lifecycle, including enrollments and open enrollment periods.
11. Address employee relations issues such as complaints and allegations.
Qualifications:
- Up to $80K annual salary.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience and a minimum of 3 years in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media and other recruitment techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
