Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our NICU team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and oversight to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to NICU staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and excellence within the NICU.
  • Recruit, train, and develop NICU staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Current California RN license.
  • BSN and a master's degree in nursing or related field or certificate in nursing or health care administration from a nationally accredited organization.
  • 3 years of full-time clinical nursing experience, including at least one year in NICU.
  • 2 years of supervisor experience.
  • BLS from American Heart Association.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation from AAP and AHA.
  • Experience in CPQCC and CCS data entry requirements.
  • LA City Fire Card within six months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical certifications preferred for applicable units, i.e. ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
