Clinical Nurse Specialist, NICU

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a key member of the nursing team at PIH Health, playing a vital role in advancing the practice of nursing and improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert comprehensive nursing care directly to patients in the NICU
Support and develop registered nurses at the point of care
Serve as a leader in redesigning systems to improve access, quality, and safety in a cost-effective manner
Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification
Current California RN License and CNS License
Minimum three years-clinical experience in NICU care setting
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
