Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance for our clients' IT needs. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in helpdesk operations and desktop support, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve end-user application problems, delivering effective solutions promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, providing updates on incident status in line with service level agreements.
  • Foster positive relationships with users, documenting and implementing standard operating procedures for remote IT assistance.
  • Support a variety of devices including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist users with applications such as Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and VPN solutions.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems, including password resets.
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures while utilizing knowledge management tools.
Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a service desk or customer service role.
  • At least 1 year of technical support experience, including chat support.
  • Proficiency with ITSM platforms and remote support tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of PC support, systems administration, and networking.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Training and Development

New hires will undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure they are well-equipped to support our clients effectively.

Work Environment

This position will initially be remote, with equipment provided for remote work. Candidates should be prepared for a structured work schedule and training hours.
