Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Patient Services Specialist to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient registration and access to care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients during the registration process for scheduled and unscheduled visits
  • Collect accurate demographic information and insurance details
  • Obtain prior authorizations as needed and complete financial clearance
  • Collect patient liability and ensure accurate billing
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Patient Access or a related healthcare setting
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
  • Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or equivalent
