At Carillon Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide direct nursing care to our residents. As a hospitality-focused LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications, documenting patient information, and supervising the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately administer medications and document patient information
• Supervise and assist assigned Certified Nurse Aides and other nursing staff
• Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
• Current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners for Vocational Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR - Healthcare Provider) certification
