Job Description

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for working with all stakeholders within the Global Corporate Controller's organization to ensure key tasks / projects assigned are completed timely based on agreed upon scope and budget. The Accounting Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn / enhance learning Microsoft applications, SAP, Workflow AR, Banking systems, Power BI and other accounting systems / tools as needed. This position is part of the Global Corporate Controller organization and will be located in onsite Santa Clara, California.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,500 - $75,000 and a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The salary is based on the title, job description, and location, ensuring that our team members are fairly compensated for their skills and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
  • High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Bonus and Incentive Pay

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay, which can provide additional compensation based on performance and individual goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own/manage the following process: periodic bank signatory review process, annual insurance renewal with Corporate, purchase order creation, and provides audit PBC support as needed, ensuring annual updates of the Accounting policies including creating standardization of policy formats and working with the business owners annually for desired changes, and other Ad Hoc requests.
  • Responsible for leading, planning and coordination for group events (vendor selection, setup, cleanup etc.) and supporting the organizations continuous improvement initiatives
  • Performs user access administrator duties for Finance and Accounting tools, where applicable (e.g., Concur, Visium, Sharepoint, Power BI, Cepheid Connect Finance page. etc.)
