The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving project goals.

The estimated salary for this role is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional cost of living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Harbor Crew in achieving project goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting contract specifications
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, focusing on vocational skills and job readiness
  • Coordinate with community partners to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Monitor and report on progress toward contract specifications
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, management)
  • At least two years of experience managing teams and achieving project goals in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks with numerous interruptions
  • Compassion and respect for individuals with disabilities
  • Valid CA Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Valid certification in CPR/First Aid
