Job Overview

Position: Lead Banking Operations Specialist

This role entails a variety of responsibilities to facilitate the financial transactions within the branch. Key duties include:

  • Processing deposits across multiple account types
  • Cashing checks in accordance with established policies
  • Issuing various financial instruments such as cashier's checks, money orders, and certified checks

Additionally, the Lead Banking Operations Specialist will:

  • Coordinate departmental activities
  • Provide mentorship and training to Senior Tellers and Tellers
  • Assist management with administrative tasks to enhance departmental efficiency

Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 to $21.45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. (Compensation may be adjusted for candidates with significant experience.)
