Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing moderately complex solutions for IT infrastructure environments. This includes coding, testing, and validating technology platforms, software, and applications with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
In the role of Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Senior Associate, you will have the autonomy to manage your daily tasks while collaborating with dedicated professionals to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions to facilitate Swift Transactions.
  • Analyze the overall performance of IT platforms.
  • Create and uphold policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Independently track advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

Qualifications

Experience Required

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years of experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure.
  • 2 years of experience in engineering Linux and Unix Systems.

Preferred Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in cloud technologies and cloud computing, particularly in migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with other messaging products such as IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, SQS/SNS.
  • Experience with Python programming.
  • Exposure to working within an agile framework.
  • Experience using collaboration tools like SharePoint and Confluence.

Essential Skills

  • Expertise in supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and associated components (HSM, Alliance Connect).
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify the causes of operational errors and implement corrective measures.
  • Proficient in programming, including coding, debugging, and utilizing relevant programming languages.
  • Relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement and vendor relations.
  • Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and conducting disaster recovery exercises with the aforementioned SWIFT infrastructure components.
  • Collaborative approach to working with individuals from diverse functional backgrounds to achieve common objectives.
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for analysis, data discovery, and informed decision-making using relevant software.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing operating systems (OS), ensuring timely updates and maintenance.
  • Adept at conceptualizing ideas as systems and analyzing inputs, outputs, and processes.
