Job Title: Sales Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to join our team at Rent-A-Center. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Manage the sales department to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record
