Access Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Montgomery County.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of skills deficits and behavioral needs for clients receiving ABA services.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) to address targeted behaviors.
  • Select and design behavioral interventions for ABA services.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret data to determine changes needed to behavioral interventions.
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB and IBHS guidelines.
  • Model adherence to BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Support skill development/training among staff via modeling or suggested/assigned training modules.
  • Emphasize treatment integrity measures, including regular fidelity checks and feedback to caregiver teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or a relevant social sciences field.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $72,000
  • Incentive rate: BCBA's are required to work 80 monthly billable hours. Any billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks), will be paid at the incentive rate of $80-$100 hourly.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, HSA/FSA, 401k program, tuition reimbursement, student loan assistance, and more.
