Job Description

As a Behavior Therapist with Crosspoint Autism Therapy, you will provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary goal will be to reduce maladaptive behavior and promote appropriate behaviors in our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Communicate effectively with parents, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless therapy sessions
  • Collect and record data on target behaviors, goals, and objectives during each therapy session
  • Implement behavior analytic programs to increase skills across various learning areas
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure effective therapy implementation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology) or near completion
  • RBT certification - Required
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities - Required
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to clear a background check
