Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work with children and adolescents to provide individual, family, and group therapy services. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for improving access to quality mental health care and a commitment to delivering personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Experience with completing clinical documentation and working with diverse client populations
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
