About this Role

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our Experiential Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives engagement and conversion across our virtual and in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host live virtual sessions and moderate discussions among guest speakers, including Research & Advisory, Executive Partners, and Client speakers.
  • Support planning for the creation and development of content for assigned virtual and in-person sessions, focusing on contextualization, tools, and client stories.
  • Independently lead content planning calls for assigned role, practice, or region, with internal and external speakers, communicating best practices of the program experience.
  • Identify and use best practices, internal data, and research insights to inform content selection, creation, and recommendations, while continuously focusing on market research to innovate and enhance audience experience.
  • Research and plan panel discussion and interview questions using provided templates and best practices.
  • Update content planning presentations and manage preparatory meetings and trainings for our programs with team members, stakeholders, and internal/external presenters.
  • Update Webinar and Invitational Program trackers with session-specific details and data, scheduling planning meetings as necessary.
  • Prepare, support, and update our project communications with our sales hosts, prospective clients, Research and Service Delivery stakeholders through email, document, and presentation templates.
  • Collaborate with Experiential Marketing team to find areas of optimization and innovation within program operations and/or promotional channels, including email, SEO, web, and social media.
  • Edit scripts and abstracts to align with virtual and in-person event details and promotions.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and strategic planning to improve processes, maximize efficiencies, pilot new programs, and optimize user experience.
  • Create on-demand only assets leveraging related existing webinars to drive leads.
  • Support pilot of creating Generative AI virtual content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in creating content for in-person and virtual marketing events.
  • 4+ years of marketing, content development, operations, and/or related experience.
  • Journalism or strong writing background is a plus.
  • Proficient in project and/or event management.
  • Experienced user of Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and proven attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
