We are in search of a skilled professional to fulfill the role of Digital & Social Media Content Creator. This position entails the development of captivating content across a variety of digital and social media channels, with a strong focus on design and video production. You will oversee social media accounts and devise strategic initiatives aimed at boosting brand recognition and engagement, as well as driving traffic to the company's online presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Generation and Adaptation: Create innovative and engaging content, including visuals, videos, and written material, customized for the audience and requirements of each platform. Modify and adapt content to meet the specific needs and characteristics of each channel while ensuring brand consistency.
- Social Media Oversight: Oversee and enhance our social media footprint across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring uniform brand messaging and tone. Develop content schedules, plan posts, and interact with the audience to nurture community growth and engagement.
- Digital Strategy Implementation: Execute digital strategies and formulate content plans to amplify brand visibility, drive traffic, and enhance engagement metrics across all digital avenues.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze social media and digital performance metrics to monitor effectiveness, identify trends, and refine content and campaigns for optimal results. Leverage data-driven insights to improve strategies and enhance the impact of digital content.
- Design Proficiency: Employ strong design capabilities to produce visually striking graphics, reels, and multimedia content that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand standards.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with web and graphic designers, writing teams, and external partners to ensure timely content publication across social media and digital platforms.
- Email Marketing Management: Supervise email marketing initiatives and platforms, working alongside writing teams and business units to ensure alignment with overarching digital strategies and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and strategic development.
- Proficient in design, photo editing, video production, and the creation of infographics, along with other graphic design elements.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint.
