Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ABA Solutions Inc. as a Clinical Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and a passion for working with individuals with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete clinical documentation and review treatment data to make informed decisions
  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and deliver parent training sessions to client caregivers
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality services and achieve optimal clinical outcomes
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism
  • Experience providing supervision to RBTs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check
