About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at STEPS Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Supervise and train therapists to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support client progress
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field, such as ABA, special education, or psychology
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience providing direct care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Licensure in the state of Maryland
