About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Behavior Therapist to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in a home-based setting. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data to monitor progress, and support families in implementing these plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients
  • Follow policies and procedures of Steps, LLC

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field
  • At least one year of clinical experience with a pediatric population
  • ABA experience
  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
