Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Agent to join our team at O.R. Colan Associates. As a Right of Way Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring easements for fiber, distribution, and/or transmission projects. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners
  • Prepare settling damages, real estate documents, and perform property research
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and provide construction support
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
  • Active Virginia Notary
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
  • Valid Driver's License
