- Curriculum Implementation: Support teachers in delivering our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
- Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and well-being of children at all times, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Family Communication: Assist teachers in keeping parents informed about their child's progress and milestones, utilizing mobile apps and in-person discussions.
- Center Collaboration: Work closely with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with families and colleagues, promoting a culture of learning and play.
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in childcare or a demonstrated passion for early childhood education is preferred.
- State Compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.
- Caregiving Skills: Proven ability to identify and address potential risks in a childcare setting, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and maintain mental and physical alertness.
