Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departures.
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, adhering to weight and safety guidelines.
  • Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to facilitate aircraft movement and baggage handling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless passenger experiences and on-time departures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired state driver's license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
