Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration and reconstruction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure successful project completion
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration and reconstruction industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
