Job Title: Fire and Water Damage Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of water damage mitigation and restoration projects, as well as mold remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and water damage restoration, building maintenance, janitorial, or carpet cleaning, and will be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop scope of work for projects and build estimates
  • Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fire and water damage restoration, building maintenance, janitorial, or carpet cleaning
  • Computer literate and quick learner in new applications
  • Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and eligible for our auto insurance
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in scoping and estimating water damage mitigation jobs
  • Experience with the Xactimate estimating program
  • IICRC WRT certification plus 1 more
Pay Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 DOE
