Job Opportunity

National Floor Covering, Inc. (NFC) is a leading provider of interior finishes to the Multifamily new construction industry. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Southeastern US.

This role will focus on growth within Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new regions within the target markets
  • Establish relationships with prospective clients and promote NFC's products/services
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide regular business development reports to the CRO

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a business development manager or sales executive
  • Strong sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Market knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
