This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the prompt processing of goods movements for System Drives across the United States, ensuring precise inventory management and facilitating the enhancement of business processes to avert future discrepancies. The work model for this role is: #LI - Hybrid. This role contributes to the Motion System Drives division in the New Berlin, WI area. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Implementing inventory management procedures. Resolving electronic data interchange discrepancies between ABB and its third-party logistics provider.
• Assisting in the execution of manual goods movement transactions when necessary.
• Identifying and rectifying production order goods issue discrepancies.
• Promoting the exchange of best practices, leading the ongoing improvement of current processes, and nurturing a data-driven culture.

Qualifications for the role
  • 3 years of experience in inventory management.
  • Progressive experience with SAP Materials Management module.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and data analysis (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, collaborative, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates must already possess work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
