Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Global Advisor Group. As a key member of our financial services team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Run daily reports to ensure advisor accounts are in good standing and take action to resolve any issues.
- Coordinate and perform a wide range of staff and operational support activities, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Anticipate client needs, solve problems, and provide exceptional service while communicating with clients and maintaining service turnaround times.
- Respond to incoming emails and telephone calls in a professional manner, ensuring client requests are met in a timely fashion.
- Support the front desk with various office tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and processing checks as needed.
- Manage client profiles, add accounts to existing relationships, and close accounts for clients.
- Attend regular meetings, including Weekly Ops Meetings, Professional Development & Compliance, and assist with travel arrangements for advisors.
- Execute project-related tasks to contribute to the firm's development and support team members with various duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Preferred 4-Year Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of administrative experience.
- Prior experience preferred working in a broker-dealer office or finance industry.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency to produce professional documents.
- Upholds a polished, professional, and welcoming nature with external and internal business contacts.
- Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate ideas and thoughts in a clear, professional manner to managers, team members, and clients.
- Effective problem-solving skills to resolve routine client questions.
- Ability to handle a moderate amount of incoming phone calls daily.
- Ability to work independently and in teams to complete high-priority tasks in a timely manner.
- FBI background check and credit check required.
- Regular and timely attendance is required.
