We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers through research and prospecting activities.
- Develop outreach strategies and materials for successful campaigns.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support outreach efforts.
- Routinely track and deliver performance metrics to management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with the clinical trials industry or willingness to learn.
- Proven inside sales experience and track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
