Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers through research and prospecting activities.
  • Develop outreach strategies and materials for successful campaigns.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support outreach efforts.
  • Routinely track and deliver performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with the clinical trials industry or willingness to learn.
  • Proven inside sales experience and track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
