Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving new business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and outreach
  • Bid on projects and manage proposals to secure new business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue goals and expanding business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis

What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Commissions based on gross revenue, resulting in a total compensation package of over $200,000 per year
